ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS
  • User: Any natural or legal person (regulator, financial player, investor, company, young talent or general public) accessing the Site.
  • Publisher: ALMASI CAPITAL, organizer and owner of the Diamond Capital Convention Site.
  • Contents: All the elements (texts, programs, lists of speakers, images, videos, forms) present on the Site.
ARTICLE 2: ACCESS AND AVAILABILITY
The Publisher strives to provide access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in order to guarantee continuous information on the challenges of financing and financial inclusion in the CEMAC zone. However, the Publisher reserves the right to interrupt or suspend access for maintenance or in the event of force majeure, without incurring any liability.
ARTICLE 3: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The purpose of the Site is to present the Diamond Capital Convention, a biennial reference event. In particular, it allows:

  • Consultation of the programme and themes of the convention.
  • The presentation of the speakers, partners and regulators.
  • Registration of participants and request for information via the dedicated forms.
  • The dissemination of educational resources on financial education and entrepreneurship.
ARTICLE 4: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1 Data collection
In accordance with Cameroonian legislation on cybersecurity and data protection, the data collected (Name, Email, Telephone, Institution) are those provided voluntarily by the User for his/her participation in the event.

4.2 Purpose of the processing
This data is used exclusively for:

  • Management of registrations and access to the Convention.
  • Sending invitations, newsletters and conference proceedings.
  • Connecting financial market participants.

4.3 User rights
The user has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her. To exercise this right, they can send an email to: contact@diamondcapitalconvention.com.

ARTICLE 5: LIABILITY

5.1 Use of Information
Although the Diamond Capital Convention is a reference space, the Publisher cannot guarantee the completeness or immediate timeliness of all financial or regulatory data published. The User is solely responsible for the use he makes of the information and content of the Site.

5.2 Hypertext links
The Site may contain links to the sites of partners or regulators. The Publisher declines all responsibility for the content or privacy policies of these third-party sites.

5.3 IT Security
The User undertakes not to attempt to alter the functioning of the Site. Any fraudulent intrusion, extraction of participants’ data or sabotage is punishable by criminal sanctions according to Cameroonian law.

The Site uses cookies to optimize navigation and analyze the audience interested in growth opportunities in the CEMAC zone. The User can configure their browser to disable cookies if they wish.
ARTICLE 7: MODIFICATION OF THE T
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these T at any time, in particular to integrate new features related to the event or regulatory changes. Amendments are enforceable as soon as they are posted online.
ARTICLE 8: DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These T are subject to Cameroonian law. In the event of a dispute relating to the use of the Site, the parties will prefer an amicable resolution. Otherwise, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Douala.
